Trauma Counselling
We utilise evidence-based techniques like mindfulness, we support clients in healing from the emotional effects of trauma. Claire has a wealth of experience and proved successful in recognising the signs of trauma bonding and PTSD, and has developed her own strategies and tools for clients to use in order to break the bond. She focuses on the importance of setting boundaries and developing a self-care plan.

Couples Counselling
We can help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust with proven methods to strengthen their relationships. Couples Therapy explores behaviour patterns and strains on the relationship. With both individual and couple sessions available, we can help bring couples back on the same page to resolve conflict, heal and move forward together.
